Hand-Building Pottery Workshops

No pottery wheel? No problem! Our hand-building workshops are a fun and creative way to explore clay using simple techniques like pinching, coiling, and slab building. These classes are perfect for beginners.

With a maximum of 10 participants, these workshops offer a relaxed, social atmosphere while still providing plenty of individual guidance. Whether you're joining with friends, family, or coming on your own, you'll enjoy a hands-on creative experience in our historic pottery studio.

Adults: $45 per person
Kids: $35 per person

Pottery Wheel Experience

Looking to give pottery a try? Our one-time Pottery Wheel Experience is the perfect introduction. Learn the basics of wheel throwing, experiment with clay, and enjoy the process of creating in a relaxed, encouraging environment.

Please note: Our one-time experience focuses on learning the pottery wheel and does not include glazing or kiln firing.

Adult Lesson: $60

Learn the basics of working with clay, get your hands dirty, and experience the satisfaction of creating on the pottery wheel in a relaxed, encouraging environment. No experience is necessary

Kids: $50

Perfect for curious and creative kids! This hands-on pottery wheel experience introduces young artists to the excitement of working with clay in a fun and supportive setting.

4-Week Pottery Course

Ready to dive deeper? Our four-week course teaches the complete pottery-making process, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills while creating finished pieces you'll be proud to take home.

Throughout the course, you'll learn:

Wheel throwing fundamentals
Trimming and refining your pottery
Glazing techniques
Kiln firing process
Finishing your handmade creations

Adults: $180
Kids: $150

All clay, glazing, kiln firing, and instruction are included in the four-week course.
